This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We apply the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable to people in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser, operating system and referrer. This data is used to deliver the website securely, diagnose errors and prevent misuse. It is deleted when no longer required for these purposes.
If you contact us through the contact form, the waitlist or by email, we process the information you provide to answer the enquiry, prepare potential cooperation and maintain related business correspondence.
The forms send your details via our email provider Resend to info@rawport.com. They are not stored on the website itself. Resend may process data outside Switzerland (see “Data transfers abroad”).
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are planned but are not currently active on this version of the website. Before these services are activated, we will implement a consent solution. Optional analytics and marketing technologies will only load after consent where required. This section will be updated with the exact providers, purposes, retention periods, recipients and opt-out options before activation.
The website currently sets no cookies. Your choice between light and dark mode is stored only locally in your browser and is not sent to us. Optional analytics or advertising cookies will not be set before the required consent.
Links to services such as Google Maps, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook only establish a connection when you actively open them. The privacy rules of the respective provider then apply.
Some service providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EEA, including in the United States. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, to fulfil contractual or statutory obligations, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. EU/EEA residents may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
We may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The version published here is the current version.
